The room was clean. The spa bath was very nice. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The manager was very nice and helped us in booking events at reduced price. Staff is very helpful in every way. We can book this hotel without any second thought.

The hotel is really beautiful, since it's built inside a cave. The same is true also for the room (a family, for 4 people) and the furniture. The bathroom had an hot tub, as well as a shower. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff was kind and helpful in solving the problems we had. The hotel offers a lot of activities like excursions, trips and so on. The price for the room was very good considering everything.

The staff were amazing and the location was ideal for everything you want to do in Goreme. The staff was amazing, especially Saifullah (the Afghan/Turkman guy) who made it the experience very homely.

Location was fantastic. Balons Come to your window! Its in the center, market is close, restorants also. Just perfect, warm room and jacuzi was perfect for cold days.

Room was very comfortable , it really gives the feeling of a traditional cave , hotel staff was nice and good. It is worth. The veiws from Terrace are very beautiful, especially during when balloons are flying. They gave full information about tours, arranged shuttle transfer for us. I definitely recommend.

Excellent location close to the shops and restaurants. Good experience to live cave life for few days, Hot Air Balloons can be seen from the terrace as well. Staff and the owner are very friendly. Highly recommend!!!
