Location is amazing, very close to everything and it’s quite. We stayed at the Sultan room, which was spacious, with hamam and a big bath and shower. It was comfortable and cozy. Also, the property has a great view to the balloons so you don’t have to go to any balloon watching points. Breakfast is delicious and has a good variety of food to eat. Service is great, they are nice and honest people, they were kind and knowledgeable. Do book balloon flights through them as it is fast and reliable with fair prices. We also loved animals that lived in the hotel - they are well treated and one can tell that kind people manage the hotel.

The location of the place is really good, so convenient. Staff member was great, so understanding and helpful. Room size was quite spacious. Room was also very warm. Really happy overall with the stay.

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise. Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast. Great location.
