It was an amazing experience staying at Safran. We really loved the hospitality shown by Sazi (owner). She was always smiling and willing to help for all our requirements. Location of the property is also very central.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cave hotel, a very warm welcome at the reception when we arrived and the host explained us everything about the hotel, breakfast, amenities, and the excursions. We were treated to a good breakfast every morning at the rooftop restaurant. The staff is very helpful and took care of all our requests during our stay esp. making special arrangements to prepare our breakfast for an early morning flight while the main kitchen was yet closed.

The hotel provided a comfortable and exceptional experience. The breakfast selection was delightful, featuring a variety of Turkish delicacies prepared in-house. The staff were highly supportive and offered valuable guidance regarding local tourist attractions. We deeply appreciate the hospitality extended by Feride. Both the rooms and the shared washrooms were impeccably clean. We highly recommend their spacious double room, which includes an in-house jacuzzi for added comfort. Additionally, we had the opportunity to try their freshly baked, customizable chicken pizza, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel’s prime location, close to Göreme Center, is another highlight, offering stunning views of hot air balloons from the terrace and rooftop restaurant.

It’s nicely located in Goreme, close to places to eat and shop. The room was really nice and cozy for the winter weather. Breakfast spread was delicious.

We generally enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff are very nice and sometimes we think we are spoiled. We come to the canto for breakfast around 10am, - the greatest time ends at 10:30am. But the staff offer newly cooked food to us.

Wonderful room, the breakfast was amazing. Freshly made hot food. The staff were very accommodating and helped us plan tours and excursions. All the staff were very friendly and kind with our kids. Burak and Faride were very good hosts.

It's managed professionally. Breakfast included in Tariff is very good. Clean linens and bathroom. Staff at reception are very helpful.
