Terrific location with incredible views of the city and the surrounding area. Lovely staff, they were also very helpful in organizing airport transfer. They offer both cave rooms and rooms with lovely views in the newly built part of the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet with city view, lots of Turkish specialities on offer.

I love how the property is situated at a high elevation which I considered a plus factor since we can enjoy the panoramic view of this quaint town. We also love the staff as they’re warm and friendly! We have arrived early in the morning and the lovely receptionist has offered us a room to stay— we’re so lucky! I also didn’t expect to have windows for viewing but still they exceeded the expectation and I got a really great room! thank you so much!

the main reason for booking this place was the spectacular views during balloon take off and sunset from the open balcony. the vistas didn't disappoint. But the rooms were pretty basic and lacked style especially for the price.

Loved the view from my bedroom and the staff at reception were really, lovely. As well as the balcony views for the morning sunrise to see hot air balloons were definitely my highlight. There was also a nice big buffet breakfast which was delicious.

View and location excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size. Liked the fact we had own terrace.

Awesome view and we are lucky to see the balloons taking off during our 2 days stay! Staff has been very friendly and accommodating during our anniversary and proposal plan! Despite the steep price among the other hotels but the view worth it all.

Located at Goreme town, have to climb up for about 5 min. View is just nice even without hot air balloon.
