We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. First of all amazing venue ! Rooms , surroundings absolutely phenomenal! We had a issue with the manager ( a gentleman with glasses on his 50s) , questioning our nationality from the beginning! As the booking was made from uk on the reservation form said British even though we are not , so the gentleman had to point that we are Not British trying to make us feel uncomfortable for no reason ! When we did dare to ask if the venue provide Netflix for our little one he started to genuinely question why we want that in our holiday and he did try to “impress” us with a rather poor level of italian ! At the end of our trip we forgot a laptop charger and we have been promised to be sent by post ! After two months of no further advancement regarding w The posting when we dare to ask any updates we have been ask to pay 50£ :) ! Overall as a building and venue absolutely phenomenal, but some of the negative energy of the members of staff was reflected to us as well

The hotel is probably the best in town. Our room was inside a cave, and was super warm and cosy. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also better than any we went to in the town, with traditional Anatolian cuisine.

It's a cave, vintage feel, has a fireplace, lots of great tours can be organised by helpful staff that works out cheaper than online. Also great terraces

This place is wow. Right from the reception to the restaurant staff everyone always helpful with a smile on their face. The ambience of this hotel is something else which you may not find anywhere else. Absolute value for money and amazing location with in reach of everything you may need. If ever we visit again i know for sure where we'll be staying again. A big thanks to the staff and management for making it memorable.

Our room in the chimney cave was gorgeous with good quality linens, fireplace and interesting artistic features. Breakfast was abundant and delicious and the view of the balloons from the terrace was fabulous. The hamam is beautifully appointed and the staff provided excellent service and massage etc.
