Friendly and helpful staff. We were given a large and comfortable room (free upgrade). The hotel is located very close to the sunrise viewing point (5 minutes walk). The view of the balloons rising at sunrise is stunning.

Absolutely incredible location. Room was stunningly beautiful. Staff were beyond helpful. Semih helped with all the final touches and arrangements for my engagement. Can’t recommend imperial enough!

Excellent property, quite unique and at a great location. Just a small hike uphill and one is at the view point to witness the valley. Very responsive staff and great service.

Lovely property, a different feel staying in a cave suite. Great location very close to the viewing point and access to the main street. The area is hilly so quite a few uphill and downhill paths, not suitable for elderly people, you will need a car. The staff was very efficient and courteous. We stayed in a King Suite, quite a unique setting with all comforts. Osman at the restaurant was very attentive and helpful, took good care of us. Excellent property to stay at Cappadoccia.

Basically everything The location, the room, the hospitality from each n every staff.. Even with the language barrier, their kind gestures were felt. They upgraded us to KING Suite, and an early check in.. The breakfast too were made fresh as per ur preferences.. Our experience there was best as it could be.. 100/10

Fantastic view from the terrace. Well proportioned rooms and an amazing sauna and pool. Staff were very obliging especially when we asked for fruit and yogurt for breakfast and an omelette.
