Isa (owner) was a great host and super helpful with all our requests. He went above and beyond to organise tours/balloon-rides/airport shuttles. He was also very relaxed with payment and was more than happy to pay on my behalf to the operators and I would just settle payment with him. He runs his hotel like a home and is always down for a chat over some tea/coffee at any time.
