The location was great, the highest hotel on the hill = wonderful sunrise and sunset with the magnificient terrasse. The included breakfast was excellent and the staff was so nice

EVERYTHING! The description on line and feedbacks of the previous guests speak the truth about the property. It’s panoramic view, location near the town and sunset view point, comfortable cave rooms with balcony and the kindness and warmth atmosphere provided by the staff. Everyone was just amazing. They make you feel at home. Han made sure our day trips goes well as he planned. I travelled with friends and had a birthday surprise cake from the host. We had take away food as we checked out early morning. Our experience at Göreme is beyond expectations.

The easy going environment. And the staffs are very helpful with all our needs. Everything feels like home, Captain Caveman Mr Ahmed is super friendly. We were bored one of the days and he offered to bring us to his farm to harvest walnut. It was a good experience for about 5 hours, as a farmer. Other than that, they even offered us some special Asian noodles beyond the menu, free. I think most of the guests felt comfortable staying here because it feels like home. The view is amazing. You can view most of the balloons right from the balcony. Any shots taken are instaworthy.
