The staff were amazing, Han is such a sweetheart and will always go above and beyond to make sure you're looked after. The views from the fairy chimney room were stunning, and it was so comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choice with the cold buffet, and the hot dishes were so tasty. I honestly could not fault this place at all, great value for money, great location, and wonderful staff.

Amazing location right near sunrise hill. It is one of the highest cave hotels in gerome so you will have an amazing view for the hot air balloons. Breakfast is a mix of buffet turkish brekkie and freshly cooked dishes which are delicious. The cave rooms are comfy and spacious and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you need a hand booking things they are very informative and helpful. Han especially made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent cave hotel at a great location, right in the centre of goreme. The room was spacious, very clean, with a great panoramic view of the city. The staff were great, particularly Mr Han who was an excellent host, who well accommodated our daily requirements. The food was very tasty too! Overall it’s an awesome stay !

Firstly, the view was amazing - you can see the balloons from the terrace. Next, the breakfast was delicious. There was so much food that I couldn't finish it. It was the best. Lastly, the hotel staff were very helpful. They booked tours and shuttle buses for us, and the staff member named Han was also friendly and kind.

The staff were amazingly helpful, arranged all of our transfers and activities hassle free. The location was perfect and staying in a cave that was warm (winter) and comfortable was incredible.

Everything was amazing. The hotel looked perfect and had a great view. In the morning, you can see the balloons from the hotel terrace, while at night you can see the city lights. The breakfast was freshly made with a big variety and tastes great.The owner was very friendly and helped with anything you could need. We left pretty early, and they offered to prepare some sandwiches if we wanted, which was really nice. The room looked better than the pictures and was very clean. It was also bigger than I expected.
