I literally loved everything! Our room was absolutely stunning (request a lower floor and tell them you want a big bath, if that’s your preference because the bath was amazing!) beds were super comfortable, we had a huge room. The hotel itself is adorable, it’s so unique. This is perfect for those that love an experience stay. But honestly the staff were phenomenal they made everything perfect for us. No ask was too much and I just really appreciate them making our New Year’s Eve perfect. I highly recommend if you come at new year to do the dinner and ask the hotel to book your activities, you might pay a little extra but anything we booked outside the hotel was cancelled. It’s a great location and just perfect!!!

Hamam and massage were fabulous, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were amazing, they always went above and beyond. Great energy! The location is super and very convenient. They have unlimited red and white wine ON TAP!

The area is very picturesque. The hotel is set on a hill, with lovely views over Goreme, and in a great spot to view the balloons in the early morning. The rooms are lovely, being set in a hill. Facilities are great. Lovely breakfast supplied. I loved how the people look after the hotel dog, Rachel, and several cats!

The property is in a perfect location, the view from the terraces is beautiful. Both restaurants for breakfast and dinner have a large selection and service was fast and impeccable. Front desk was kind and precise with all the informations. We used the spa, massage and hamam. We enjoyed watching the air balloons flying from the terrace.

We divided our trip into two parts, one for the tour where we booked a standard hotel and the other for relaxation where we preferred a hotel with a pool and a cave. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were extremely professional and patiently showed us around the entire hotel. The hotel is so large that you'll need to allocate time to explore it. The pools are amazing and very clean, and you can even take advantage of the wine Tap, which is a great offer. The hotel's breakfast is good, and you can even enjoy it on the terrace of your room, which has a great view. The rooftop of the hotel has a fantastic view, and overall, I can say that staying at this hotel is like taking a tour itself. We booked two deluxe rooms, and one of the hotel's attractions is that no two rooms are alike, each with a unique appearance.

ThI property was truly magical, set in a cave with its beauty still shining. Felt like you were in a Harry Potter movie.
