The accommodation was really clean and fully prepared on our arrival. It had a lot of stuff already there so we did nit have to buy them. Overall the experience was really amazing.

House was clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable. Good location, just 10 minutes to water park (entry LEK 1000), 15 minute walk to Golem high street. Beach is nice. Would stay here again and villa recommended for a family beach holiday. Golem appears to be an up and coming area for holidaymakers. Lots of things provided - laundry liquid, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, mosquito repellent (citronella coils), bbq, beach towels, and some toys for young children. As we had a 1 year old with us, we asked if they had a stair gate, and they fitted one for us, which was appreciated. It is lovely sitting outside at the table and chairs in the evenings. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except single bedroom. The owner is helpful, and communication was good. Slightly earlier check-in arranged with no problem. The owners seemed keen for feedback and suggestions for any small improvements that could be made. One bathroom and bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
