Very friendly staff and very good daily breakfast. Location wise is good value but the view from the windows and patio of the property is very beautiful.

Location is convenient for those without a private vehicle. It is located very near to the bus stop that takes to Interlaken OST. And from there we get access to all public transport.

- Breakfast was excellent. -Bus Stop 102 was close to the Guest House which can easily take you to the Interlaken Ost station. -View from the Apartment was exceptional.

We had a lovely stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Even though it was just for one night, we look forward to returning for a longer visit. The check in/out process was extremely efficient and the property was easy to locate.

It's a beautiful hotel. if you do get it, it's a steal. everyone is very very welcoming and friendly. rooms are equipped with hot water kettle and they also have a microwave with cutlery available in the common room for guests to use. all day long you can go to the common room and enjoy a coffee overlooking interlaken from their lovely balcony. we also recieved free interlaken guest card that allowed us to use public transport complimentary with many discounts on the attractions. this place is the best

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Convenient location with public transport. The staff in chalet will do everything to satisfy your stay and needs I had luck with breathraking room view.Throughout a day tea, coffe and dining area is available for guests.

The cleanliness and the daily housekeeping! The location is also near the bus stop. It’s just two bus stops always from Interlaken OST, which also has a large Coop supermarket and is a hub to some of the tourist attractions. The staff is also friendly and helpful as well!
