Minimalist architecture. Nice decorations. Simply clever :). The trees that surrounds the hotel are beautiful and coexist with the building. Very good example on how to approach the architecture of a building with minimal impact on the surrounding nature. Remote beach, you have the impression that the beach is limited to fewer people. The staff is there to help and you feel welcomed. The restaurant is a good option if you don’t want to wander. I felt like umani :)! There is also a kids play room. Me and my family went there because of the hotel.

The spacious room, comfy bed, large terrace, the view, the restaurant. Even though there isn't a SPA, the staff can book a masseuse that comes to your room. Enjoy!

- The view from the room was stunning,the sunrise could be admired every morning from the balcony. - The hotel has a beautiful design, everything is tastefully arranged. - The hotel is surrounded by a forest, it is quite secluded and quiet, and in the morning, you can only hear the birds. - The staff is friendly and kind. - Cleanliness.

We stayed at Umani twice and it was great each time — perfect for a quick getaway. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with daily maintenance included, the beds were comfortable and the AC unit was silent. The balconies were spacious and offered a much needed respite from the sun, with either a full sea view (when available) or a glimpse of it through the lovely trees. The pool usually served as a playground for guests and their kids, but the hotel was generally quiet after meal times and in the evening. The breakfast had a good range of sweet and savory options, as well as warm dishes upon request. We also tried their lunch/dinner menu a few times and we were happy with our dishes and the local wine recommendations. Their staff, both local and international, was always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is in close proximity to a seafood restaurant, a shop, and has its own small private beach, with complimentary beach towels and sun-beds, which were great. There was free street parking available, which was safe and convenient. The area itself could use some maintenance, as there is a building site nearby and a large dumpster for public use, but the hotel remains a pleasant oasis nonetheless.
