We were in this hotel for the second time. This year we were very surprised by the change in food in restaurants. A large selection of meat dishes, salads, side dishes. We really appreciated the change, especially in the restaurant by the pool. The food was varied and excellent, I appreciate the quality of the cook. The hotel staff was as always very friendly and helpful. This year we also used the wellness center of the hotel, specifically my husband and I had two massages, which were great.

The staff was very friendly, especially at the reception of the hotel. Animation was good - my 6 year old enjoyed the disco party for children. Me and my gf had a great time at the organized magic show for the adults.

Everything in one place. The room was very spacious, more than I imagined or the pictures have shown. Everything was clean enough for my standards, and we had a our room cleaned every day. The food was ok, not something to impress, but the variety was high enough so you always have something that would make you drool. Good variety of drinks also. The swimming pools were clean and my 3 year old kid enjoyed the water slides within the kids generous pool. The beach was not to far, maybe a 10 minutes walk which paired well with a little bit of movement after a good breakfast. After our dinner, the kids had every night a little show / dance which kept them occupied, and later the show continued for the adults. Overall a good value for money, and I'm happy I did chose this option. Also the town center was close and full of stores and activities.

We were there last year too, our pros this year are: - kids activities, pools, ANIMATION( they were going extra-mile, hard-working animation staff, smiley, positive and very kids friendly all day long) We came back this year as we barely found any other hotels around the area to keep the children entertained as much, food all day long, you can save a little of money as we did not buy much food outside either. - Cleaning ( although the rooms were cleaned everytime we attached the Make up room sign, when we ran out of toilet paper or needed towels change) Also staff went extra mile arranging some swan-like shape towels on the newly changed bedsheets which got out little girl excited. We have left some tips for the hardworking aged ladies looking after the floor we were in. - we got our all inclusive wristbands at 13:00 allowing us to join the lunchtime on the day and we got our room around 14:00. Of course this is usually depending on the availability of the rooms, but could be possible if discussed with the reception staff which were helpful. Great English too, I didn’t feel they were rude or unwilling to understand our queries. - staff - friendly generally speaking, they were some grumpy face-like staff from kitchen area but we took it they may really be pressured by the daily tasks too. - we kindly asked they the 2 single beds be put together and make sure the mattresses won’t split/separate as happened last year, as I co-sleep with my 4 years old child. They have gone extra-mile, and added a double bed topper which as great, many thanks for that.

We did enjoy our stay in Dolce Vita. We liked the hotel, the swimming pools and the aquapark.The room was spaceful, clean, with a nice view. The food was very tasty and various. Regarding the wellness place, it was just amazing. We appreciated a lot the Bulgarian and Greek restaurants. Staff is smiling and helpful. The reception girls were nice and always ready to help. We would like to thank the animation team - Micha, Vladi, Clara...they were so funny, full of energy, original and creative. They spread a good mood. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family. A beautiful place to go on vacation. We hope to come back again next year.
