I liked the food (it was very tasty), the location (close to the beach), the room's dimension ( it was large), the staff from the reception (they were very nice and changed our meals schedule), the lobby (large, clean floor), the kids playground and the animation team.

Family friendly! We had a great time at the hotel ×2 as we could use both hotels. People were enjoying the pools and slides so much. Very busy around the pool no spaces available even. Most people even us preferred to stay in the hotel rather than going to the beach. The food was soo good with great options for every fussy eaters. Snack time and snack areas always busy too. My kids ate the fresh made pizza so much it was really nice, ice cream , cookies, chips and more ... cocktails , drinks... all good. Entertainment team were super good too with plenty of music dance and games. Bar staff , receptionists , room attendants, restaurant staff all staff big thank you YOU ALL WORK SO HARD.

Nice and clean property located close to the beach .Full of attractions for kids and adults.It is a big plus that the guests are welcome to use the pools of the two hotels,

The hotel was well located, at the centre of Golden Sands, near the beach and other facilities. Our children really enjoyed the pools and the aquapark. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Marianna at the reception and Alex at the entertainment, as well as a cleaning lady from Odessa, Ukraine on the 1st (3rd) floor. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, with a large variety and fine hygiene. The hotel recommended a taxi driver and a rent-a-car company, who both met our expectations.

Absolutely too many people. The lunch and dinner times are divided, but you often had to wait to be seated. People smoking outside everywhere. Although there is a smoking area, everyone smokes even near the children's pool, which caused burns to my daughter's hand. Our room was never cleaned in 4 days. One conclusion is that there is still a long way to go before the standards of the European Union

The hotel is great,very kind and friendly staff,variety of food every day,drinks all day,amazing rooms with ac,fridge,comfortable beds,wifi good,pools great,outside playground,inside playroom,soft play,indoor pool,beautiful reception,very close to the beach and supermarkets and pharmacy.im very satisfied and definitely we going again.also very nișe spa centre at the hotel next to it very good face treatments,Viki is the best.great holidays for family with kids,i highly recommend it!!
