The Chef Ferhat Ucar is an amazing person with enormous heart, welcomed each of the guests with special made Turkish food every day of the stay. Had a personal touch to the food, explained how he made it with search a passion and for sure it was tasty. Clean and fancy rooms, great spa and fitness. It was amazing!

Very tasty food and the best Turkish chef we’ve ever met! Everything was at the highest level, service, cleanliness, and comfort. The hotel is new, modern, and spotless. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation with delicious cuisine and great hospitality!

The hotel is brand new and everything was nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and the chef was very accommodating and interacting with guests. The steam room and the sauna were great. We also had a spacious balcony with a sea view. The room had a kettle and good coffee machine.

We stayed at this hotel from October 15th to October 22nd. Room in 6th floor. The hotel was not full as it's not peak season. The hotel is brand new, very modern design, located about 20 mins from Varna and about 5 mins walk from the Golden Sands beach. It's modern, spacious with lots of facilities. Our room was on the 6th floor - superior room. Very spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony with sea-view. We requested an ironing board which was brought to our room within 2 mins. The gym is compact but very well equipped. I had a massage at the Spa which was superb. You had access to beautiful Sauna and steam rooms. Food is excellent, breakfast and evening meal were included in the price. The chef Ferhat is exceptional. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentious. We parked our rental car in their underground garage. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Clean throughout. All the staff we interacted with were amazing from the front desk, house keeping, chef (Ferhat) and restaurant staff, and F&B Manager. Room was clean with all amenities except for a tissue box. You have to get your own. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony with cloth dryer for beach towels. Fast WiFi (100Mbps +). Close proximity to the beach and promenade. The hotel has an arrangement with a private beach so make sure to get the card and wrist bands from the front desk. it is about 5 minute walk so don't bother with their drop off and pickup service. Restaurant food was good as we had half board. You get alcohol with the offer and they have great wine and proseco. The manager and chef were great and entertaining. Fact that we were there at the last week of September meant very few guests so you get a lot of attention from the restaurant staff. We also had free parking with the offer which is a basement parking so safe. Last point. hotel is relatively new compared to the other hotels in the area.

The hotel is brand new - not only as building, facilities and equipment, but also as a concept and level of service. Cannot be compared to every other hotel in Golden Sands and maybe in Bulgaria. Rooms are cosy and in the same time modern. Had a wonderful dinner in the a la carte restaurant. Special thanks to the turkish chef for the attitude and professionalism. Happy to stay in the first "real" hotel along the Black sea coast. Strongly recomend!

The hotel is very clean, modern and designed to offer everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing stay in a 5-star hotel. Being newly opened , of course there are still small aspects that require improvements, but the general manager is extremely open and customer oriented. Any notification is properly remedied so that the customer is fully satisfied . We were extremely pleased with Chef Ferhat Ucar who delighted us with delicious and varied gourmet dishes, both for breakfast and dinner. The diversity and freshness of the dishes delighted both the olfactory and taste buds. Also, we were very satisfied with the quality of the Spa services, more precisely with the exceptional massages offered by physiotherapist Mehmed, a true professional.

The hotel is new, rooms are big, food is different each night and the employees are very polite. Very nice for families.
