All cots are subject to availability.Mini bar is extra charge, and detailed price list is available in every room.Guests paying in local currency or by credit card might notice a difference in room rate due to the currency exchange rates.Only guide dogs are allowed.Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years of age. The All-Inclusive supplement for children between 6 and 12 years of age is 50% of the standard price for adults.

Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

I really enjoyed the beach, the sea was seaweed free. The food was adapted to Romanian dishes.

Room clean and confortable, hotel with alot of facilities, restaurant good with varieties, big indor parking for cars, nice little aquapark for kids. Entertaiment team very good, nice little retro party at night.

I quite enjoyed the food, with a wide selection of choices every meal, and a handful of different restaurants. The facilities included everything you'd expect: restaurants, spa, beach. The beach was particularly nice, and only a short walk from the hotel. The location near the main boardwalk was also very convenient.

All was very clean, în the bathroom, în the hotel room, în the pool area. The food was excelent. The hotel staff was very friendly, I have received a birthday cake at my birthday, I was very surprised. The sunbeds, the towels, the facilities-all excelent. My expectations were fully fullfilled. We Will retur next year with the kids.
