Kristal hotel is an all-inclusive hotel complex in a peaceful and quiet area of the Golden Sands resort, only 450 metres away from the beach.
Enjoy the hotel’s great views of the beautiful green park and flower gardens, and the fresh air from the sea.
Kristal hotel offers elegantly decorated standard twin rooms, cosy family rooms and spacious superior double rooms.
The 6-storey hotel building features a spacious lobby, a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, an open-air Snack Restaurant, a lobby bar, a pool bar. The outdoor swimming pool has a child section, deckchairs and sunshades.
The wellness zone with indoor swimming pool offers massages and features a steam bath, a hammam, water-healing procedures, a hot tub and an adventure shower. A hairdressers' saloon is also at guests' disposal. A tennis court, gym and open air fitness is also featured at the hotel.
There are many shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs, as well as a casino and an aqua park, in the vicinity of Hotel Kristal.

The room was very big and extremely clean. at the 2nd floor it was quite chilly and nice for a noon nap. The food was more than sufficient with a great variety and the personell extremely nice.

The stuff were very amable, they were doing their best to keep the cleaning, the tidiness and all the tourists satisfied, especially in the dining area and the pool bar, and also the outside location. The location is very good, there are a lot of trees, the garden and the pool were well serviced. The food was good, fresh and tasty.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large pool wit enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Two bars (lounge and pool) and many areas to relax (game room and terrace). Food diversity and many courses from where to choose. Parking for the car assured (extra cost).

Compared to other places in Golden Sands, there is much more space at the pool, and in the garden full of large trees. The food is very good and diverse. The outdoor pool is really nice. The animation team was really nice and passionate about their work.

Stuff was so lovely especially the entertainment! Room was very clean and big with a balcony, quite and bed was comfortable. Hotel was very clean and room service was very lovely.

Breakfast was OK, room is spacious, location is great (trees, birds, silence), staff is kind and helpfull (Andreeva), beach is at 10min walking.
