Nice hotel, not far from the beach. The entertainment programs was poor, and the quality of the food in the restaurant was okay. Bars close quite early imo. My room was big enough for my needs. Loved the service of the reception staff

Hotel was nice, renovated a couple of years ago. Looks just like in the photos. - Staff was super nice. - Rooms were clean but a bit of improvement can be made. - Food was good. Plenty of choices but a bit repetitive if you stay for a longer period.

The food and the staff was very nice. The location is not too far from the beach or the town center. There are cots available on request. They changed pur towels on a daily basis even though we never asked for it, they also mopped the floors every day in our room.

Big spacious room, small variety of food, but considering the price, it was ok, i found something to eat for every meal, we had a nice view at the mountains, in the back of the hotel, we had our towels changed (we stayed for 3 nights), the juice dispenser for Cola/Spirte etc had real Cola/Sprite etc

The rooms were absolutely beautiful ,it had a double bed with a beautiful view from the sixth floor facing the sea .The rooms were modern and clean at all times (the cleaners re stocked everything each morning ).For two people it was the perfect size for our 5 night stay .There were good proportions of food for breakfast lunch and dinner each day as well as desert which saved us a lot of money by not having to buy food from the outside .Although the property is uphill (just like all the other hotels )the free shuttle service was very useful for our journey .Regarding the staff ,they were very useful and quick to react to your requests .As soon as plates pile up on the table they immediately remove them to give you a more comfortable space and whenever we were walking around the hotel ,there’s always someone cleaning up at all times .It was such a cozy and comfortable hotel to stay in .Also checking in was the fastest process as I was also worried it would take ages but the staff were very helpful and supportive .We came in before our checking in time which is usually 2:30 for everyone but there’s a room you can leave your luggage at and still walk around the hotel if you Like .There are also different entertainment for all ages every day such as bingo,mini disco for kids ,disco for adults etc. which got a lot of people involved .

Good value for money. Good variety of food, helpful staff and nice outdoor area with the pool. Waterpolo and water activities were organized during the day by the animators and you could tell that the guests had a good time. Another positive thing that they have a shuttle bus to the beach.

The food was diverted on the main restaurant. The room was ok for the value of it but thats it.

I cannot complain about specific hygiene problems, it is certain that we only stayed in the hotel, we only ate there and we had to interrupt our stay a day earlier to return home directly to the emergency room with the little one (1 years and 10 months) who received the diagnosis of Norovirus. I rather suspect the children's pool as the source and for this reason I will not rate the hotel lower, but additional hygiene measures are still required.

Great hotel, renovated, clean and nice. Staff was lovely, friendly everywhere in pub, reception and Animation team. Lots of Variety of food, desserts and drinks. Hotel is big but you don't feel it. You can always find place to sit. The best coffe and proper strong 🍻🍹. Highly recomended

I booked this hotel for the first time. It is a little far from the beach, but for those who want, there is a free minibus. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. The food is quite varied and good. Parking is on the side of the street and must be paid. It does not have its own beach, but there are private beaches where you can rent a deck chair with a pillow for 15 leva. It's worth booking
