Very good location, large room, swimming pools. The staff cleaned the room every day, and was helpful and nice. Some of the aspects were basically a good idea, like the self-service ice cream.

The family room was very spacious, the only downfall was the curtains. They were very light and the windows were massive , so it was very bright in the morning. Also, we were on the 6 th floor with small children and the window in the bedroom opens very wide so didn't feel safe leaving them alone in the room in case they tried to open it.

I lost my ID and they found it for me the next day. The pool was good enough. I didn't see any animators (maybe because I was working before the afternoon in the room). The Internet connection was excellent even on the 6th floor.
