Please note that the property is a 3-storey building with no lift access. Each level is only accessed via stairs, which may be unsuitable for some guests.Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is offered for stays of 9 or more nights.Please note that reception hours are as follows:

Great amenities, close proximity to public transport and supermarket. Tidy rooms, note all rooms accessed by stairs, would request floor level next time.

Over all good wasn’t to impressed that I found someone’s medication in the cupboard made the cleaning questionable. Price wise a bit expensive for room then the food and drinks on top were a bit to expensive.

Great resort for families visiting the goldcoast. We had everything we needed here. Kids absolutely loved the pool. Splash zone is a little outdated but still really enjoyable. Nice to have a cafe/restaurant on site and the kids loved the on-site mini golf. Rooms are spacious and tidy, and contain everything you need.

Kids loved all the pools especially the one with a slide. Kids club was fantastic kids had a great time and loved making the arts and crafts they had on during the day. The deck cafe was fantastic.

Our kids enjoy the different pool options. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is close to the beach.

The resort as a whole is beautiful, the staff were amazing and the facilities were good (resort restaurant, pools, putt putt, etc) The location was great for Surfers Paradise and for Theme Parks.

The pools were good and great for kids. We received a bag of food on arrival which was great and included eggs, milk, bread, juice, butter and bacon.
