It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period, whether they are attending official Schoolie events or not.NO PARTIES

The Body Corporate have organised for some minor balcony rectification works to be carried out on a few of the balconies around the building and from time to time there will be some intermittent drilling / jackhammering. There is NO scaffolding or structures in place around the building and access for workers will occur via abseiling at the front of the building and for lower levels via a mobile lift platform. Work is only occurring on weekdays between 8am-4pm. We are trying to ensure that all work is prioritised to be as far away from our holiday guests as possible to minimise any disruption.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The view & location where superb. The rooms were smaller that the pictures shown on Booking.com. How ever the unit had everything you possibly need to cook with. We are looking at going back there next year.

The view was amazing. We didn't have great weather, but it was still an amazing view of the beach and waves, at night and during the day. The outdoor spa that has just been renovated was hot and relaxing. Highly recommend a spa!

It was a beautiful apartment with the most amazing veiw of main beach gold coast. Then the back outdoor area was right on the Nerang River. Bloody awesome

Stunning views from our apartment, situated directly across from the beach. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The pool was heated.
