Location is well suited Apartment was dirty on arrival, alot of dust and dirt abound. On arrival we had to clean Vacuum as it was left full of previous tenants dirt. Staff moved dirty/dusty outside furniture into unit due to Cyclone Alfred's pending arrival, after Cyclone threat over - staff never returned to place this furniture back outside. Outside pool closed for maintenance for 4 days over a weekend. Old dated universal machine in exercise room. Staff did replace a non working television within a week. Staff were friendly.

Apartment was a great size in a good location. It has most things you need for a short or long holiday. Easiest checkin I've ever had. We'll definitely stay again.

Disappointed that not only did the room not have a sofa lounge (which I found out when I requested an extra bed at booking), but when we arrived there was another bed that didn't exist. There was a queen instead of two singles, and when we are all adult guys, we don't exactly want to sleep with each other, so we were given an extra bed, that we had to set up, and make ourselves. Lucky that one person I booked for pulled out or they'd be sleeping on the couch. They know they need to correct their booking.com details, but how long are the details going to be wrong, before this is corrected, for the Three bedroom apartment with sea views. How many more will experience they same thing? They remedied the bedding situation, but no refund offered, no compensation. They don't appear to be very customer focused. If the details on booking.com were correct or adequate compensation offered then we would have had a fantastic stay, but that really put a downer on the trip. Overall it was a fantastic appartment, with excellent views, and location, close to the shops, except for the master bedroom door handle that is not secured to the door. Hope booking.com is corrected and the door handle is fixed ASAP, in this otherwise excellent appartment.

Excellent location. Great views. Very spacious unit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Very homely feel to the unit that included books in the bookshelves. Plenty of room to move around (4 adults and a baby). We had a lot of stuff for the baby's birthday party and still so much room. Large comfortable lounge area, full sized dining table, casual lounge area, large balcony off the casual lounge. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Small balcony off the main bedroom. Kitchen was a little on the small side compared to the rest of the unit but functional. Laundry located off the kitchen. Spacious common areas with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, 2 BBQ areas, and tennis court. Tedder Ave is super close and a 1 minute walk to Main Beach. Allocated parking was easy and there are trolleys guests can use to cart luggage. Also plenty of street parking. If staying more than 1 night, bring extra rubbish bags and toilet paper. There is a mini mart on Tedder Ave if you forget. Shout out to Leo on the front counter at check in for being friendly and informative.
