Sunday and public holidays: 10:00–12:00If you expect to arrive outside of reception hours, reception of The Crest Apartments will arrange a late arrival procedure. To organise a late arrival, reception requires a copy of your credit card and photo ID (both front and back side) via email to [email protected] or SMS to 0458 871 721 and permission to authorise the AUD 200 pre-authorisation fee. On arrival date, The Crest Apartments will leave a key in the after-hour safe and SMS the safe code.Please note that The Crest Apartments has a strict “No Party Policy”. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.Please note that housekeeping service is not offered daily. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Please note that all rooms are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Some rooms on higher floors offer filtered water views. Allocation of rooms is completed on the day of arrival and is based on availability. Requests for higher floors and views are subject to availability at the time of allocation and cannot be guaranteed. Beautiful views of Surfers. Privacy and quiet , rarely saw other people coming and going.Nice flat 3km walk to Cavill Avenue. 300m to Tedder Ave for cafes and tram at end of the Rd also.

Crest apartments are located in a great position. Easy stroll down to the beach and local cafes, bars and shops. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a self catered holiday. The staff are exceptional! Very friendly and responsive to questions. Made us feel welcome.

Very spacious and lovely view of the pool area. Nice and quiet and easy to get to from underground carpark. Short walk to beach and Tedder Avenue shops. Reception lovely and very helpful.

Staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious, and secure with lots of facilities. The location was in a quiet street, but with easy access to everything.

So close to tram line, short walk to the beach, excellent coffee shop around corner. Everything in room was tidy and well kept. Pool facilities great and easy to get to theme parks
