We take a $500 pre authorisation hold for every reservation at Talisman this will need to be confirmed and provided to our team prior to check in.Please note that the hotel does not accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:

Great location, cross the road and you're on the beach. Great panoramic views. Very close to all facilities, restairants etc. Free car parking underneath. Great pool and spa area! Have been goong there for years and will continue to go.

We stayed 3 nights at Talisman. Our apartment was amazing. We stayed on the 9th floor with ocean views which did not disappoint. Well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to shops,restaurants with supermarket in walking distance too. The pool was fabulous & we also used the sauna. We will definitely stay again

The location is superb and the apartment was well appointed and furnished. The views are phenomenonal and it's close to everyou could want in Broadbeach.

Location was great Handy for kids and big groups (in multiple units) to save lots of car trips Space and views were excellent Communication from Wayne was excellent - clearly made aware of lift issues and did all he could to accommodate our units being in close proximity.
