Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.
During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
We do our level best to place you as far away from the noise as possible.

There is a break period over the summer holidays from the 15th of December.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
