The location was great, overlooked the river, they had a pool area which is awesome. They’re only minutes walk from the main strip. Only thing was stairs, so pack light or have everything packed & ready to move, I made 4 trips to the car haha. Also trying to find the lobby door, would be great if they put “lobby door” signs on the doors so people know how to get to the front if there coming through the basement carpark stair way. Also the host was great, friendly man, didn’t have complaints about us, as we were having a few drinking before heading out, I did go with 2 little party animals and was a bit worried about getting noise complaints, but we must’ve been fine, we’ll I hope so, would definitely stay here again but only for a quiet night out, cause the balconies were too close to each other, so deffs a good place to stay if your a quiet drinker or just need a little break away.

The unit was comfortable and well priced. We were walking distance from shops and eating places. The view from our balcony was great. It was good to have secure car parking.

Location is great! The accomodation was away from the hectic Cavil Ave, beach & tram traffic but still close within a short walking distance to it all. Loved the apartment! Nice and clean, spacious throughout with all needed amenities and wifi included. Beautiful view from balcony of the canal. Have to mention that there is a large 2 person shower in apartment. Arrival was very easy thanks to property manager providing easy arrival instructions prior to check in. Secure allocated parking included with apartment and there’s also visitors parking spaces on property which is great because parking on street was packed. Property manager Mark was easy to contact and friendly. Pool and sauna facilities were unavailable due to renovations but doesn’t look like it’s far away from finishing. Definitely will book here again.
