We stayed shortly after cyclone alfred, the staff were excellent even after enduring damage to the property, lift out in tower etc. The maintenance gent who fixed our aircon was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great location, easy walk to shops and Surfers Paradise, and public transport stops. Loved the room and the facilities.

The room was clean. Sheets were clean. Room size was very good for just 2 aged people. No noise from adjoining visitors. There was a key deposit box for early leavers. (cyclone warning prompted us to leave early)
