The location was perfect—close to major attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Everything was within walking distance! Well the thing that I really did like the most was just how much space and room I had in my apartment and also the location of the building, it was very central to the city.

Our room was fairly cleaned, great sea views, the facilities like the indoor pool and heated spa was relaxing we loved the sauna room used it everyday. Good spot, reasonably priced for the room you get, everything is walkable distance from the centre.

communication with Tony right from the beginning was fantastic. as we were arriving late everything was easy. met with Tony the day after we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly. the apartment was on the 17th floor and perfect. loved the water pressure in the shower. I had read some bad reviews about this place but our apartment was a fantastic one. and we enjoyed our stay.

It's the perfect spot. Just a 5 minute walk from the main sights and sounds of Surfers Paradise, and also enough distance from it if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The customer service and response times to queries were excellent.

Pool was heated which was nice and having washer and dryer in the room was a bonus also.
