Please note that Sea World opens at 13:30 on Anzac Day (25 April) and is closed on Christmas Day (25 December).Limited car parking is available onsite (first come, first serve). Additional parking is available next door at Sea World Marine Park.Security deposit is required at check-in. Credit card - $50.00 per night of stay allows you to room charge. On reaching this limit you must settle current charges. Further authorisation required for balance nights of stay to continue to room charge. Please note that digital forms of credit cards, google pay & apple pay are not currently accepted by the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was great how close the theme park was to the accomodation. Breakfast was good. The dance party with Dora, the Easter bunny, scavenger hunt and the movies on each night were all nice extras that the kids enjoyed.

It is a very old hotel. The walls and floors are no where near close to providing sound proofing. Between the baby next door screaming from 3am and the toddlers upstairs doing relay race practice we didn’t get much sleep if any. Took away from what could have been a good stay.

Great place for the grandchildren, would probably stay longer next time so they could spend more time in the pool and waterpark area.

The rooms are nice and clean, lots of food options at the resort or close by (Marina Mirage), great pool and water park for the kids

My daughter loved the splash pad and the Easter Activity. We celebrated her birthday there. It would be better if somehow the hotel team put like a “Happy Birthday” greeting in the room like a note or something just to give her a bit of surprise. We like the breakfast buffet. The lady and the chef who does the eggs were both lovely. We were a bit sad that the pizza restaurant is closed when we stayed there but the shoreline restaurant where we ordered the butter chicken is amazing. We loved the food so much.

The staff were lovely and ever so helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. Kids pool is a winner. Excellent place for families.
