There is currently construction taking place in close proximity to Peppers Broadbeach. A large crane has been erected as part the LUXE development at Two Charles Avenue Broadbeach. This crane is positioned ocean side of Peppers Broadbeach Tower 1, visible from most Tower 1 Ocean View Apartments. Whilst we strive to ensure minimal disruption to your stay, we believe in transparency and want to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Please note that this property requires a refundable credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation. Nearly perfect, steam room was out of order, without knowledge, prior to arrival. Bed, very good, considering hotel bed. Spacious and comfortable. Really nice staff, with a shout out to the Cleaner of the Year! Char, I think? Private Cinema, Sauna, and Spa, just some of the highlights from the building. Didn't want to leave! I'm thinking, I will be back.

Room was very nice, the shower was a little dirty around the door with mould. The view was pretty good. Very, very disappointed that we apparently had paid the 'non housekeeping' rate. Whatever happened to this being a standard and for well over $400 per night - not happy. We arrived back late from a wedding to find no housekeeping.... couldn't be bothered ringing at that time of the night for fresh towels.

We were there during the cyclone and were on the 25th floor which became quite terrifying during the cyclonic winds. We retreated to the lobby around 11 pm and the staff were exceptionally understanding and found us another room on a lower level to spend the night. They checked on us the next day. We found all the staff to be polite and considerate even though they were working g during such tough and testing conditions.

Size of the rooms, very spacious and we were able to use the walk in robe as a little bedroom for our 1 year old. Big kitchen with oven, microwave and big fridge
