Great location and very new nice apartment, just wasn’t very clean and the cooking utensils were very old and not well maintained, very easy to access and easy to find

It’s located in a lovely quiet pocket by the water (river/canal). Wonderful views. We were in room 309. There are hostels on the same street but the guests were not rowdy. It’s an easy 15mins walk to the main part of surfers. The parking is secure. Accessible with ramp and elevator. On the surface it’s clean and neat and the apartment is large. The staff member is polite and efficient. There are laundry facilities.

This was a lovely, large apartment. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were a great size. It had a beautiful balcony overlooking Surfers Paradise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great having the washer and dryer.

Amazing apartment. Great size and views across the river. Short walk to the centre of surfers. The gym was well stocked and quiet which I loved.
