The fine print
Pelican Cove is a 3-level complex, accessible by stairs only. There is no lift or elevator access.Parking is in the basement (not included in the 3 levels)Please note Units are serviced for stays over 7 nightsPlease note that reception opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 16:00
Saturday: Weekends and public holidays by appointment or as required.If arrival time is outside office hours please contact reception.A valid photo ID and credit / debit card is required upon check-in.Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.A deposit of AUD 200 two months prior to arrival date is required for bookings under $1000 AUD , and $400 AUD for bookings over $1000 AUD. ( this will be collected by credit card and will be taken off the total of your booking.)$150 AUD will be required upon checking in (will show as pending on your account), this will affect the balance available, and will be removed approx. 7 – 10 business days.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great staff always there to help with any needs. Close for all the theme parks within 15 min, great spot fishing off the jetty, bbq areas next to the pool not much more to ask for.

Great accomidation! We were pleasantly suprised how great the 2 bedroom unit was with fresh renovations and the pool was warm which was an added bonus! Highly recommend and will come back again.

Fantastic pool and gardens and outdoor area. Our apartment kitchen and bathrooms had been nearly renovated and was very nice on the inside.
