The fine print
Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.Guests over 16 years of age must provide proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination upon entry.From the 5 February 2024 onwards, Paradise Resort will be undergoing an exciting new development. A brand new, adults only Pool Area will be under construction, with expected completion, late to mid 2024. We will also be undertaking renovation of 48 rooms throughout this period. During this time, whilst we are dedicated to minimising the impact to our customers, we would like to advise that some rooms will be facing the construction area and there may be noise. We will be working with tradesman daily and will endeavour to keep all major works between 8am-5pm, monday-friday. We expect all existing pool, waterpark, bar & restaurant facilities to be fully operational over this time, as well as our fun filled activities and entertainment program.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The whole experience for my 5 year old daughter was amazing and there were so many great activities for her to do, however, I did feel like the rooms needed updating as the showers went from hot to cold and the bath we had was rusting, so my daughter kept refusing to get in it after swimming.

They were willing to accomodate me in checking after midnight in last minute booking. No other hotel in Surfers would allow it. Room was OK can't complain.

Perfect for kids 5 and over The rooms are very out dated Would be so perfect if they did a fully renovation and make it more mordern cause the facility are perfect but rooms are very old

Very good and fast service the holiday was great and services felt like the food was really good but really expensive we would of spent even more money on food if the prices weren't so high and we did spend heaps as had 8 people 2 adults and 6 kids can't fault the food only the price of it all.
