Please note that these apartments are privately owned and is not associated with the onsite building managers/reception. Daily housekeeping or room servicing is not provided. All the properties managed by GCHR are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. This does not include beach/swimming towels. The property has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as soap, detergent, tea and coffee, milk and toilet supplies for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels.

Great location, everything you need is in close proximity. Including the light rail basically outside the entrance. Lovely room for a family but as it is a family room it was a little cluttered with personal/decorative items. So not much room for our own belongings. Every shelf, the kitchen bench,coffee table,every side table and the kitchen table all covered with decorative items. Still great value for money. Kitchen well stocked with everything that was needed but again was hard to use the kitchen bench or table as it was covered.Amazing view!

Card reader for car park needs desperate attention. So many people getting stuck due to card readers failing. Constant knocking noise coming from laundry. I thought it was someone else doing washing but it is constant for the whole 4 days. An out door table that is so unstable you can’t rest your beer on to enjoy the view.

Loved the location! 18th floor right in the heart of surfers, walking distance to every single shop and the beach! washing machine, dryer, beautiful apartment and very roomy! the view was amazing on the balcony and in the rooms

location was great, however findiing the ddkey and property was fun as we did not know until we got pin no. it was in the hilton towers. where we could have left our luggage free of charge??

The property was amazing. It was in an awesome spot. It showed the exact apartment in the photos. Gorgeous views. So modern and comfy. Loved everything about it!

Great location with everything you need in walking distance. Right in the heart of Surfers and walking distance to the beach. Fantastic view. Great to have a parking space. No issues for us with the lifts. Smart tv was good to have. Handy to have all the home comforts eg. dishwasher, washing machine and dryer to keep on top of everything. Pool options were great.

Had no contact with staff. It was very noisy from all the entertainment outside. The apartment wasn't soundproof. But was near everything.
