Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.Between the 28th April 2025 and the 14th September 2025, some of the windows in the building are being replaced. There will be minimal disruption to guests during this time as the units that are having the widows replaced will not be available to book. There will be some noise, but this will be limited to 8.00am -4.00pm Mon-Fri ONLY. There will be workers on site and some scaffolding to the side of the building. They will be working only on one level of the building at a time. If you do make a booking during this time, your ocean views will not be disrupted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amazing views, location, room and facilities! Only downside was that the undercover parking was out of action and it was raining the whole time so it made it a bit more difficult than it normally would be.

Incredible Stay. The location was perfect and super convenient. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, clean and the views were stunning. The staff were also incredible as the carpark was damaged from the cyclone they had organise another car spot just 2 doors down for our convenience. They also allowed us to check in late and check out late as well with no issues and with ease. We will definitely be back to stay and have been telling all of our families about this place.

The location is excellent We were 30 metres from the beach We felt the strip was like a mini last Vegas or miami If this is your sort of thing, go for it The resort is geared towards young people It's hard to find good restaurants plenty of takeaways On our 1st night, we found an Italian restaurant It was spot on The 2nd night, a Thai restaurant it was awful

After a flight cancellation and sleepless night Judy made our day. The location is second to none and the complex was spotless. We loved our view the minute we stepped through the door. Nothing better than watching the sunrise or set from the balcony. Judy's help with Ticketing and restaurant choices were on par. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The location was amazing! The apartment was beautiful and I could never get sick of the view. The beds were so comfortable and the staff in reception were so lovely. I wish there was 3 bedroom apartments for next time to bring all my kids.
