Mermaid Waters is conveniently situated in a secluded location, just 1 km from the beachfront and close to Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Free WiFi is provided.
The Mermaid Waters Hotel by Nightcap Plus has been partially refurbished. The hotel has an elegance and grandeur that extends to the rooms which have been refurbished to a high standard. Many overlook either the sparkling pool or the lush tropical garden. There is a communal coin-operated guest laundry.
Multi-functional rooms cater fully for all business and social occasions, each of three rooms accommodating a capacity of more than 200 people. Free, secure car parking is also available. Beautiful facilities, great staff, love the sports bar downstairs, also great conference facilities. Zero complaints about the actual hotel. However, just a word of warning, it could be a bit of a party hotel with people staying there drinking and partying over the weekends. Lots of noise and knocking on doors til about 1-3am.

The adaptability of the management after having to change our booking due to a extreme weather event. The staff always had a smile on their face and were always ready to please . The food and choice in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. All in all every effort was made to ensure our stay was memorable and unforgettable , A great hotel which we would be very pleased to experience again .

After having to postpone our wedding at the Gold Coast Botanical Gardens and post wedding dinner at the Mermaid Waters Hotel due to Cyclone Alfred, we could not have been more pleased when Brodi (Functions Manager) was able to help us with a wedding venue and the dinner, the following week. Brodi and her staff went above and beyond to give us both the most amazing day we never thought would happen. All our family and friends also commented on the amazing job that all the hotel staff did. Thank you all once again. Yvette & Corlia
