You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that reception hours are 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Monday to Sunday. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. Please note parking at the property is subject to availability. A damage deposit of AUD 200 per 1 Bedroom, AUD 300 per 2 Bedroom, AUD 500 per 3 Bedroom and Sub Penthouse and AUD 1000 per Superior Sub Penthouse is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Love the location, facilities, and convenience of everything close by. The coffee shop downstairs was the best coffee in GC we had. The staff are very helpful and lovely.

Unfortunatly we were travelling with our 7 year old Grand daughter and decided to leave the GC due to the cyclone event. We arrived Wed afternoon but with everything closed / shut and the weather getting worse we spoke with reception about prospects and decided to jumpin the car and drive to Sydney to fly back home. We have no complaints about our short stay at Chevron as we have stayed on numerous occasions before and will again when we decide to book. It was just a pity about all the closures and weather event. We very much appreciatte both the Mantra Towers and Booking .com for refunding our nights we didnt use.

Location was great, walking distance to pubs, clubs and restaurants View of both beach and canals were great Room did meet our standards for price even though a little outdated but you only use the room for sleeping, showering and a little cooking

Location was excellent, everything clean and neat just a little shabby. Kitchen was fully functional. Lovely views from both balconies.

Liked the location, close to all amenities and facilities, liked the apartment we stayed in. Car park easy to get a park, guessing it's the time of the year so that was good. Especially liked the pools you had here.
