Location was close to the beach and the city centre. There's a tram station right infront of the hotel which is about $2 a day to travel all over GC

Room was clean and well presented. Location is fine with access to the tram and walking distance from Surfers Paradise central. Pool, waterslide and spa facilities are great for kids and teens. Gym is well presented. Basketball ring is gone but tennis courts are still very good.

Excellent location, tram right outside that takes you anywhere. 24 hour card costs $1.50 -mind-blowing. Or short walk to famous Caville ave with shops, restaurants, bars,beach.... Amazing sea view. Apartment was huge, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, walk in wardrobe. Amazing facilities, great breakfast.

Breakfast was included with great coffee onsite, pool/spa/sauna and gym onsite, reception staff assisted with anything needed such as extra supplies and the location was great, being a street from the beach and right beside a tram stop.

The rom was pricey but probably the best one we have had. Have stayed many times, the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast as great. The pools were clean and well maintained.
