JW Marriott is one of our favorite hotels in Southeast Queensland, and this stay reaffirmed why. The facilities are stunning, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed, and the showers are among the best we’ve experienced. On the positive side, the spa treatments were incredible, and the kids' meals were generous in portion size. The sushi bar was lovely, with incredibly friendly staff, and the teppanyaki experience was fantastic—the chefs were engaging, and the food was excellent. We did have to wait 20 minutes due to another party not showing up, but ultimately, our booking proceeded without them. While most of the staff were lovely, the service at Chapter & Verse bar downstairs wasn’t quite up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

The room was nicely furnished and well equipped. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The pool was amazing and so special particularly for the small children with us.

The food in Citrix and around the pool was great. Multiple options for sitting around the pool were wonderful. Service was always excellent. On a couple of occasions we at in the hotel room and the food was as good as in the restaurant. Family oriented and fabulous.

Everything is top quality and kept that way. We stayed for 3 nights and every day the staff were wonderful and the facilities were beautiful. It was very easy to forget work and just relax on our short stay. Lazing by the pool, eating and drinking in the restaurants.
