Overall we had a great time. The main negative was that the balcony was totally enclosed with glass which I was not expecting. Also, the level three pool was out of order due to the cyclone a month earlier.

Great location , the apartment is beautiful, new, great bathrooms and with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. The facilities are great , pool sauna and gym . The restaurant , bars and coffee shop at the Langham are amazing

Apartment was clean and comfortable and the location was good. For a family of 4, there was not much storage for clothing, or places to have 4 suitcases. The apartment also only has 1 bathroom. The only other info to share is that the second room is very small and has a sliding door to close it off.

Didn’t no we had to pick up the keys from town center. Then had a holding deposit of $1,000 we also weren’t told about the pool being u der construction hot water took 1 hr to heat up main bed very uncomfortable place was very nice

Highly recommend the Jewel residences. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need if you wanted to do your own cooking. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool inside the Langham Hotel on the 2nd floor. We were in the North tower residences, which has its own pool. However, it was closed due to a recent cyclone. We did use the pool located on the ground floor, facing the beach, which is part of The Langham Hotel.
