As a first time visitor arriving just before 5pm in peak hour I found it very stressful to have to go to a different location to check in and get my keys, worried also about the lock box setup if I arrived late. It turned out easier than anticipated, but then had to find our way to accommodation afterwards. There were specific rules with parking and one day we arrived back and another car had taken our spot so had to call security as I was worried about getting towed if we took another spot. Got it sorted relatively quickly. The accommodation was faultless and immaculate, views incredible!
