Staff were great to deal with. Bed was super comfortable. However there were too many things wrong with items in room 506. Both oven and dishwasher had dial info worn off so couldnt be used. Oven door didn't close properly. Water pressure in shower was pathetic. No cleaning of furniture done before our stay. Found food and someones lighter down side of couch. Air con control panel broken so no idea what temp was being pushed out. No sharp knifes in kitchen and very little crockery. Wont be going back.

Fantastic apartment and had a wonderful stay here the staff were all very helpful too thank you. Only issue is that it’s not easy to find and the name is rather confusing as there are lots of blocks called Harbour Quays!

Nice quiet location with a lovely view across the lake. The apartment was well equipped with all household implements, and it was just a walking distance to the shops for additional household requirements, With our overall experience we would highly recommend.

Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Undercover parking. Ducted air con. Easy access and 2 keys passed on. Great location for Harbourtown shopping complex. Walking distance to it and restaurants.

Customer service was very open & friendly from the very start, the manager kept in contact during our trip to the Gold Coast as it was a 6hr drive & we requested late check in. Location was fantastic, with the Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Complex a short walk away. The apartment was very clean & exceeded our expectations - parking was a little tight, but we do have a 4WD and were expecting that. We had access to great Wi-Fi in our room & used it daily to complete business work on laptop with no interruptions or issues at all. Overall, very happy with our stay!!

Perfect for medium sized group. Plenty of space and great location. Loved the pool and bbq facilities. Washer and dryer were great and the kitchen was very good
