There was no contact with staff at all - and we had to leave 1 night into a 3night stay due to Cyclone Alfred. They even reminded me about checkout when I had done so 2 days earlier.

We were greeted on arrival by friendly staff who provided an upgrade due to a water leak in the apartment we booked. Very nice, however, would've preferred a like for like in size.

Staff amazing - easy to check in great parking great location. Apartment itself was on a great level was slightly dated (looks like there’s been a party or two). but realistically everything that we could use and want was there. Heads up, bring a pool towel and be prepared to carry your own luggage up because Hilton will not let you use their luggage trolleys.

The location is fantastic - can walk everywhere. The view was amazing from our floor. It’s actually the private run apartments in the Hilton complex.

Great location, pool, gym and sauna were excellent. Washing machine stopped working but Jim (host) was very responsive and brought up a new one for us straight away.

Good size modern apartment, well ventilated, clean with good kitchen amenities, big TV and fast lifts. Great views and super convenient location next to Cavill Avenue.
