The apartment was a nice little apartment. The air conditioners didn’t work too well and you got one towel then had to pay of you wanted another one.

The view was really good and the apartment was large and comfortable albeit a little old in some aspects, but we really enjoyed the stay and would go there again. It was one block from the beach and about 3 blocks from the centre of Surfers Paradise, with the tram stop a couple of mins walk away. The receptionist at Genesis was a lovely young man, very obliging. Looking at many other apartments it was really good value.

Rooms were spacious. Nice size fridge. Has washing machine in room. Beautiful views. Loved the balcony and the pool.

How close everything was. View was great. We loved the pool. Spacious. And staff was super friendly and catered to our needs. I will recommend this place to others.

Great location to stay however when you pay more than $3500 I would expect we can use onsite facilities.

Great location. Take the 777 bus from GC Airport and swap to tram at broadbeach south, get off at surfers paradise stop and walk back a couple hundred metres. Easy to get to connecting transport links. Watched whales frolicking most afternoon from our 15th floor apartment deck. Grandkids hand fed lorokeets from the deck every morning. Great to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Good heated pool and BBQ areas. Handy location to the beach and Caville street for shopping and entertainment.
