New modern stay. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Teddy was a lovely addition my 3 year old loved it.

Loved the hotel . The Cafe was great . The staff in the Cafe were lovely and made the best coffee . The gentleman that works there was really funny and extremely friendly . Gabi was also lovely and friendly . Always nice when staff want to have a chat and enjoy working . Nothing was too hard when I asked for my coffee to be made in a certain way . . I also liked the free bottles of water. All staff were lovely and professional .

Spacious room with nice beds and a couch with great views. Good room amenities of refrigerator and coffee/tea making. Lovely bathroom essentials.

The staff were amazing, took my 94 year old grandmother down for the Elvis concert, while picking up my car in the car park I sat her down in the foyer, when I returned one of the staff went and asked if she would like anything and then made her a coffee, made her day and also made mine

Everything was so lovely. The room is beautiful and comfortable. The lights system pretty easy and clean and modern look. You can regulate de air con to the half degree granularity. And the buffet at the Harvest restaurant was absolutely divine and heaven for severe coeliac people. Chef was so attentive and the whole staff pretty thoughtful and on top of their game with cross-contamination. Absolutely would come back

I was asked for a card to be placed in the room written by me, which I was told after I rang up again that morning to make sure that it would be in the room that I would be and on arrival it wasn’t.

The location was great with quick access to the beach and shops. You would easily be able to get around on the tram as well. I liked the fit out and cleanliness. There is room service options. The pillows were nice, the room was serviced. It wasn't too noisy. Staff were all incredibly friendly and they approached my daughter on arrival to gift her a teddy which was a lovely touch.
