This was an older apartment but in good condition and very comfortable . There was a washer and dryer but I didn’t use them - great for longer stays or if you only bring a few items. Full kitchen so I bought breakfast items and had a cooked breakfast for a fraction of the cost of eating breakfast out. I also liked the ceiling fan in the bedroom

Great central location, a stone's throw from beach, shops, and tram. Functional apartment with sunny balcony. Very nice pool area with BBQ facilities.

Excellent location, right on for great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Nicely renovated shower room with washer/dryer. Functional kitchen.

Comfy place. Neat and clean apartment. Loved the pool and spa. 2 mins to beach and lots of food options near by. It’s vibe !

This is neither a studio or an apartment. It is a room, little bigger than the bed, and a bathroom. With a kettle and a fridge in the wardrobe. If you get a good price then the location is very central for Broadbeach. Everything was clean and tidy. Not a room you want to hang out in at all or eat in but if all you need is a bed and shower then it’s fine.

Pool and spa were a big plus for us. I really liked the secure parking. The apartment was spacious with a dishwasher and laundry, a home away from home for us. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
