The location was perfect right next to the beach (less than 1 minute walk), as well as this the location had many facilities such as a pool and spa available if you didn't want to go to the beach. The management of said pool and spa was exceptional. The accomodation is very nice and managed well.

Eric was very friendly and was more than accommodating for our stay for 1 week 1 block back front the beach, straight across the esplanade and there is a patrolled beach and a short walk along the beach to James St in Burleigh Heads. Also right on the Gold Coast highway which is convenient and wasn't really troubled by traffic noise.
