Location is good, a short walk from the Broadbeach South light rail station. The hotel is owned and run by a nice Japanese family who also run the Tropicana hotel next door. The younger members of the family are nice and were very good at checkin, and also when I left my medications in the fridge they kept it for me and waited for me to collect it in the evening. I appreciate their letting me in without bond payment on arrival, because I wasn't warned of ? $200 bond payment on booking.com prior to paying booking.com for a non refundable booking, and has run out of money when I arrived, expecting my pay the next day. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and a good flat smart screen TV and kitchenette in the room. There is an outdoor unground pool and spa. The younger Japanese staff including the cleaners are all good, I wish them well.

The staff are very understanding, polite and kind. The old man are very approachable and hospitable and very accommodating. The facility have pools and and parking space. The cleanliness are superb and all the linens are smell good and neat and they provide lots of towels. I like the unit coz it have double locked. The facility also have washing machine and dryer perfect for long term stay.

For the price it was perfect big and spacious. So close to pacfair shopping centre (could actually walk there). Close to Broadbeach restaurants. Great location.
