Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card.Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Surrounding Area Noise Works Notice:
Please note, due to the construction of the Gold Coast Light Rail in the area, there will be overnight construction works occurring which may cause noise disruption from 11 July to 31 December 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience.Construction: Please note construction of several residential high rises is ongoing on the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of the boundary may be impacted by construction noise between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday- Saturday. Everything about the property was amazing and especially the big pool where all the kids could swim Open later than most pools in New South Wales so that was amazing. The barbecue area was fantastic for families.

Had a great time staying here. Loved the ground floor unit close to the heated pool. Great size apartment. Only recommendation would be to install a split system in the main bedroom, it was rather warm in there during the night.

Fantastic location close to transport, beach, shops. The pools were great and the kids loved it. The BBQ area was great and well looked after. We were initially put in a room that didn't meet our expectations and was difficult to get to with kids, however the reception staff were able to move us to a ground floor which was great! The construction happening behind the room (didn't matter for us as we are up at 6am daily) could be a concern for others who like to sleep in though.
