Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Reception hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00 Saturday-Sunday 8:30-15:00 BreakFree Acapulco offers secure covered car parking (1 space per apartment, subject to availability). Guest parking is available at the front and rear of property. Please note the maximum height is 1.92m. From 22 July to 28 August 2024 onsite parking will be limited however one parking permit per booking will be available and is valid for a nearby carpark. Please note that rooms are serviced once a week.
Renovation work is done from July 08 to December 24, daily. The the outdoor pool, tennis courts and barbecue area will be closed for major renovations. The indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym will remain open. We apologies for any inconvenience.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
