Good location within walking distance to everything in Broadbeach. Apartment is getting a little dated but as far as value goes, this was perfect.

Location is amazing - out the front door, across a crossing and onto the beach. Apartment was large, comfortable (AC everywhere) and clean. Pool facilities were great for our kids. The view is hard to beat!!

Photos didn’t quite do it justice, the apartment was clean and spacious, with plenty of amenities (even for kids). Multiple pools (indoor and out) and a spa meant we could keep the kids entertained even with rainy weather.

We have stayed at Boulevard Towers since 1982. Have always enjoyed stayng there. Many happy family memories there.

Ocean views from lounge, balcony and bedroom are fantastic. Location is fabulous - close to the mall, surf club, pubs, restaurants and shops etc. Spacious apartment as this was a 2 bedroom apartment with the spare bedroom & main bathroom locked which meant we had access to the main bedroom & ensuite and the lounge & balcony were bigger.
